Issue an asset

Define an asset, choose its rights (ownership, income, vote), set who may hold it, and issue it in one signature. Then pay income to its holders and export the cap table.

The chain enforces the holder rule on every issue and transfer. Each step is simulated on the chain before you sign, so a refusal shows before anything is sent.

Mainnet: the asset is real and permanent. The chain enforces the rules you set; it does not check what the asset represents.
